Health: Press fruit juice @ONE2Juice, IKANO

Hey hey! Are you healthy enough?

Lately, a “press-juice” is trending in the market in Malaysia. There are a lot of shop selling “press juice” either on-line of off-line. But, have you ever wonder why it is pricey ? I am not shocked at all if it cost about MYR 13 per bottle for 350ml and can go up to MYR 25 per bottle depending on the fruits mix and size. It is really worth the price because one reason is the amount of produce squeezed into one bottle. it is very pure comes from a whole fruits without any additives or preservatives; just raw, natural produce straight from the farm to the bottle. Another reason is, the press-juice machine it self is very expensive and the pressure needed to make the juice.
However, nothing can beat pressed Juices because it is 100% natural and 100% made fresh every day. It also contain more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than those made with a traditional centrifugal machine. Drinking juice everyday is a way of boosting nutrition. Usually press juice are sold  fresh and vibrant for three days when kept chilled.
Even though I blend my-self fruit juice every 2 days at home, I also have tried pressed-juice which I bought from ONE2JUICE @ IKANO. It was MYR 13 for Pomegranate + Lemon, 350 ml. Since, I like fruits, a bottle of this ain’t enough. The taste is very pure and not too thick.
Let’s look at the benefits of the drink…
  • Good in defending heart attack and cancers. It is one of the most powered antioxidant fruit juice
If you can’t afford to buy the drink, don’t worry too much, you can blend fruits using normal blender and drink it or eat the cut fruits everyday. It is best to have it raw and organic. “It would be extremely difficult to eat enough greens to get the same nutrient impact.
That’s all for now. Keep healthy guys!
Muchos! xoxo AJ
